Erin Doyle Lastowka

Erin serves as Senior Director on the Technology Partner Support Team, overseeing all Product Delivery work. In her role, she serves as the liaison between product teams and partner institutions, specializing in AI-enabled technologies, ensuring that partners are kept informed about technology updates in order to make the maximum impact on their students and institutions. The Partner Support Team serves as the primary point of contact for all technology question and issues from partners, helping to provide quick resolution for thousands of users across hundreds of institutions.

Prior to her role in Partner Support, Erin served as a Navigate360 Strategic Leader on EAB’s Student Success Team, partnering with institution and System leadership to make an impact on student retention and success through the strategic use of technology.
