Kallie McGrath

Kallie McGrath is a Senior Research Analyst on the Information Technology research team at EAB. During her tenure at EAB, Kallie’s research has focused on AI, Strategic Talent Management, Employer Value Proposition, and HR organization.

Prior to joining EAB, Kallie spent several years working for higher ed institutions and educational nonprofits, supporting advising, admissions, data analytics, and student success. She holds a Master of Public Administration, concentrated in Education Policy from American University, a BA in Business Management from Berkeley College, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate from PMI.
