Kathryn Pham, Ph.D.

Director, Student Success

Kathryn joined EAB in 2017 as a Consultant working with partners in the Student Success Collaborative (SSC), and continues help institutions optimize their use of EAB’s Student Success Management System (Navigate) as a Director. In this role, she provides end-to-end relationship support to academic leaders across the country by helping them align institutional goals with SSC priorities, and supporting data-informed decision making and execution of technology enabled student success initiatives. In addition to ensuring that EAB’s technology solutions are supporting partners’ larger student success goals, Kathryn leads our faculty engagement work within the Student Success Collaborative.

Prior to landing at EAB, she taught bioethics at Saint Louis University and Mary Baldwin University's Graduate School of Health Sciences.

Kathryn now lives in Alexandria, VA with her husband and two sons. Outside of work and travel, she enjoys learning about wine and will find any excuse to share a meal with friends.
