Kristen Brittingham
Associate Director, Technology Partner Support
As a member of the Partner Support Team, Kristen Brittingham supports partner institutions by delivering live programs for application administrators, including interactive workshops, drop-in office hours, and targeted training sessions. Her work helps higher education professionals deepen their expertise and adopt Navigate360 tools more effectively to advance student success on their campuses. Prior to joining the Partner Support Team, Kristen spent nearly four years as a Student Success Strategic Leader, providing dedicated strategic guidance to Navigate360 partners to help them maximize the platform’s impact in alignment with their institutional goals and priorities.
Prior to joining EAB, Kristen worked on college campuses for 10 years in roles spanning academic advising, student success coaching, and program management. Her experience includes leading advisor training, overseeing early alert systems, and expanding peer learning and financial literacy initiatives.
When she’s not working, Kristen enjoys spending time with her husband and two children in Greenville, South Carolina. She also enjoys reading and hiking.
