Margaret Sullivan

Director, Research Discovery & Design

Margaret Sullivan is a Director in EAB’s strategic research department. She serves as a researcher with the District Leadership Forum, where she conducts best practice research to address the top challenges facing public school districts today. Previous research includes emerging strategies in expanding college access to underrepresented populations and how institutions of higher education can respond to the student debt crisis.

Prior to joining EAB, Margaret was an elementary educator with experience teaching in under-resourced and diverse classrooms. Her teaching experience focused on curriculum development, financial literacy programming, and supporting English Language Learners. In her free time, Margaret enjoys cooking, sewing, and musical theatre.
