Now that the hiring frenzy has slowed, many institutions must shift their attention from recruiting new staff to retaining their top-tier talent. Retaining advancement staff is critical for meeting fundraising and campaign goals.

Sessions

This session will spotlight best practices that high-performing advancement teams have used to retain staff and cover EAB’s 2023 staff retention and incentive compensation survey results. Chief Advancement Officers will explore different types of bonuses, career advancement, and skill development opportunities, and how to prioritize staff engagement and well-being.

The first four sessions are limited to Chief Advancement Officers, while the last session is open to Senior Advancement Leadership. Registration for each session is limited to one attendee per institution, except for the last session which is limited to two attendees per institution.
