About Our Past Event

The Course Planning Optimization (CPO) dashboard contains relevant data to help course planners prepare for the upcoming term.

In this session, participants will learn how to use the Course Planning and Course Analysis tabs in the CPO dashboard to make informed course and section planning decisions. Both tabs contain various analyses, such as historical course and student progress data and course forecasts, to help users understand anticipated student demand and identify courses/sections that may need adjustment. Attendees will have the opportunity to follow along in their institution’s CPO dashboard and complete a guided worksheet.

This session is best suited for Provosts, Associate Provosts, Deans, Department Chairs, Academic Affairs, and other individuals involved in the course planning process.
