The COVID-19 crisis has forced directors of advancement to shift their school fundraising strategy and continuously adapt in the moment.
To support independent school advancement leaders, EAB is creating small-group cohorts of independent school peers, meeting monthly at regularly scheduled times for EAB to present timely updates on top-of-mind advancement issues and for peer discussion among advancement leaders. Due to the fast-moving nature of the COVID-19 crisis, attendees will set the agenda for upcoming meetings on a rolling basis. Potential topics include the following:
- Restarting annual giving
- Capital campaigns
- Approaching major gift givers during times of economic uncertainty
- Donor stewardship
- Alumni engagement
