Career Pathing for Chief Research Officers
Career paths for chief research officers often diverge from more traditional routes due to several factors. The wide range of responsibilities and experiences CROs may encounter including the growing political nature of the role, the increasing burden of compliance and security requirements, and inconsistencies in research commitments and reporting lines make it difficult for CROs to prepare for the next move.
In this session, we will delve into strategies that chief research officers can employ to establish more defined career trajectories in an evolving research environment.
This session is best suited for chief research officers. Registration is limited to one attendee per institution.
