Since joining the Student Success Collaborative 3 years ago, Starfish teams on both the institution and the EAB side have evolved to maximize the benefits of being a part of the EAB family. EAB has grown, our technology has evolved, our research has expanded, and we, in response, have expanded how we support partners. We want to make sure that you, as our Starfish partner, know how to best leverage these changes, whether you have a Starfish team of 1 or 2, or a Starfish team of 10. Partners will leave this webinar understanding how they can clarify roles on their Starfish leadership team to ensure the most strategic use of each team member’s position, skills, and influence, backed by EAB’s many resources and experts. By implementing an invigorated leadership team model, we hope to maximize our partnerships through freeing up often limited staff capacity, offering you curated programming by role, and driving student success goals forward with dedicated strategic planning models suited to the new team structure.
