Edify’s onboarding program includes two distinct sessions designed for both Data Pipeline Administrators and Reports and Analytics Administrators. Onboarding provides an introduction to the tool and a live overview of the Edify Application.

• Wednesday, August 12, 2026 | 1:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. Eastern Time
  • Edify Data Pipeline Administrator Onboarding: This session is designed for administrators responsible for managing Edify’s data pipeline. Participants will learn how data flows through the platform—from ingestion and transformation to validation and delivery—and how to configure, monitor, and troubleshoot each stage. By the end of the session, attendees will understand how to ensure their institution’s data is accurate, reliable, and ready to support reporting and analytics use cases.
• Wednesday, August 26, 2026 | 1:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. Eastern Time
  • Edify Reporting and Analytics Administrator Onboarding: This session is designed for administrators who build and manage reports and dashboards in Edify. Participants will learn how to discover and interpret data, create reports using a variety of tools (including AI-assisted features), and design dashboards that drive decision-making across their institution. The session also covers best practices for data governance and user access to ensure insights are both actionable and trusted.
