This two-part series offers role-specific sessions for advisors and faculty, each providing a structured introduction to the platform’s core features and essential workflows. Participants will explore foundational tools. Individuals who serve in both faculty and advising capacities are encouraged to attend both sessions to ensure comprehensive coverage of role-based functionality.
- Getting Started with Navigate360 for Advisors (August 18)
- In this introductory session, participants will build fluency in the essential workflows that support the advisor role. Topics include navigating the staff home page and student profiles, creating and managing appointment availability, preparing for and documenting advising interactions using the latest Navigate360 AI capabilities, issuing alerts and managing cases, and identifying and supporting targeted student populations. This session is designed for Navigate360 end users who are new to the platform or seeking a structured refresher on core functionality.

- In this introductory session, participants will build fluency in the essential workflows that support the faculty role. Topics include navigating the staff home page and student profiles, creating and managing appointment availability, preparing for and documenting advising interactions using the latest Navigate360 AI capabilities, and submitting Progress Reports and alerts.
