Our three-part New Administrator Onboarding Series will give new Starfish administrators a clear, practical path to success. We’ll cover the core areas of Starfish—roles and relationships, tracking items, and scheduling and kiosks—while also covering how data flows into Starfish, including batch uploads, to ensure a strong technical foundation. We’ll also highlight how to effectively engage with EAB resources and connect with peer administrators to accelerate learning and long-term impact.
