This session explores how institutions can reclaim time in Starfish by using core platform capabilities to streamline workflows, surface the right students at the right moment, and support differentiated care at scale. We’ll showcase broad strategies partners use to reduce manual oversight, strengthen outreach through cohorts and targeted filtering, and create consistency with shared notes and task structures. The goal is to illustrate where Starfish naturally delivers time savings and provide a strategic foundation that partners can later operationalize in the hands-on configuration session. 

Session 2 – Feature Focus: Time-Saving Tools in Starfish

Join us for a walkthrough of Starfish features designed to cut manual work and streamline high-volume tasks. We’ll highlight practical ways to use system-raised flags, attributes and cohorts, To-Dos, and SpeedNotes to automate routine workflows and reduce administrative effort. This session will give you actionable ideas you can apply immediately on your campus.
