Strategy Spotlight: Expanding Navigate360 and Starfish to Career Services

Career development is a core pillar of student success—and both Navigate360 and Starfish are built to amplify it. In this 60-minute session, we’ll explore how institutions are extending EAB’s student success platforms into career services to streamline workflows, personalize guidance, and activate meaningful student engagement.
We’ll highlight how teams use Navigate360 and Starfish to scale outreach, strengthen employer-readiness, and coordinate support across advising, faculty, and career offices. The session will also spotlight the integration of Forage job simulations, showing how they surface directly in the Student App (Navigate360) and through Services and To-Dos (Starfish) to give learners accessible, skills-based career exploration and résumé-ready experiences.
Attendees will leave with practical workflows, examples from peer institutions, and a roadmap for embedding career programming, appointment campaigns, outreach pathways, and Forage experiences across both platforms.
