Maximize the Value of Campus Assets

Amidst great economic uncertainty and unpredictable enrollment patterns, universities must think differently about pursuing revenue in order to maintain financial viability. In particular, institutions have often overlooked one of their core assets when considering alternative revenues: their space.

In this two-part series, EAB will unpack how institutions can deploy and repurpose the physical plant and campus infrastructure to bring in consistent, reliable sources of money.

In our first session, EAB will showcase examples from our compendium of alternative revenue initiatives and provide a forum for participants to test out ideas and obtain feedback from peer institutions.
