About the Webconference
The award process involves multiple offices, administrators, and systems that can often feel disconnected. Research administrators often do not understand the PI’s experience with this process, but chief research officers (CROs) often feel that their organizational models and lack of resources hinder them from better supporting researchers.
During this webconference, the first in a three-part series, attendees will learns ways to improve processes by understanding the PI experience and pain points, maximizing their existing organizational structure, clearly assigning responsibility and ownership over each step in the process, and using data to understand and improve performance.
