Fine-Tuning Centers and Institute Management

There are no more upcoming sessions for this event.
Virtual

Centers and Institutes (CIs) are critical for achieving institutional goals, increasing competitiveness, and winning external funds. The increased demand for multidisciplinary work and tightening institutional budgets further amplifies the urgency for organizational and management structures that support CI success. As a result, research leaders must create transparent and enforceable criteria for CI creation and review – and identify and provide enhanced support services.

Sessions

In this session, participants will learn how universities structure naming conventions to distinguish centers and institutes, provide differentiated administrative support, and create review criteria that allow centers to progress against strategic goals.

Use the drop-down in the banner above to register for one of the sessions. Sessions are best suited for chief research officers.
