Aash is an Associate Principal on the Strategy and New Ventures team at EAB. Her team focuses on new product innovations and partnerships that will benefit EAB's higher ed partners. Specifically, the past few months, her work has been dedicated to launching a new product in the early career recruiting space called CareerAscent. Prior to joining this team, she served as a Navigate Strategic Leader

Aash is an Associate Principal on the Strategy and New Ventures team at EAB. Her team focuses on new product innovations and partnerships that will benefit EAB's higher ed partners. Specifically, the past few months, her work has been dedicated to launching a new product in the early career recruiting space called CareerAscent. Prior to joining this team, she served as a Navigate Strategic Leader and Pool Director, overseeing our community and technical college partners.

Her background is in management consulting from Deloitte where she supported higher ed clients in the 4-year space. Outside of work, she enjoys playing tennis, traveling, and doing improv.
