Hailey Blain is a researcher at EAB specializing in professional and adult education and emerging market trends. She spends her time conducting market research to identify opportunities for academic program development in higher education and assists partners in evaluating existing academic offerings. During the COVID-19 crisis, she has focused on helping colleges and universities adapt academic program offerings to meet the shifting employer demand, specifically in the technology and health care spaces.
In her free time Hailey enjoys hiking new nature trails, cheering on the Nationals and Washington Spirit, and mentoring and tutoring high school students.
Hailey graduated with honors from Bowdoin College, where she studied biochemistry and education.
