Jenna Dell, Ed.D.

Dr. Dell advises senior university leaders and boards of directors to set strategy in the areas of major and principal gift fundraising, alumni engagement, pipeline development, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice.

Prior to joining EAB, Jenna worked at the University of Rochester where she earned her Ed.D., and non profits in the DC area leading civic and community engagement programs. Jenna is a first-generation college student whose career began by working as an undergraduate student assistant to the college president and a volunteer in the alumni relations office.

Jenna enjoys travelling, visiting local wineries, and listening to too many podcasts. She is based in Rochester, NY.
