JM Alatis

JM Alatis serves as a Strategic Leader with the Success Consulting team with EAB. JM has robust experience working in student affairs and higher education, including time spent at several institutions, including his almae matres of Georgetown University and the University of Denver. Outside of traditional educational institutions, JM’s most recent professional experience was with NASPA – Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education as an Assistant Director of Training Programs, where he relaunched the National Certified Peer Educator Program (CPE) and facilitated student leadership trainings nationwide on a variety of topics.

At EAB, JM translates his prior work in student affairs to aiding over a dozen member campuses in supporting students from various backgrounds – by utilizing EAB’s technology and Student Success Management System (SSMS) to unlock insights on the campus experience. In his spare time, JM is an advid bruncher, a self-proclaimed #AvGeek, a volunteer at DCA Airport with Traveler’s Aid International, and a conference & meeting planner for the West Virginia Key Club and Kiwanis District.
