After serving as both Associate Director of Graduate Admissions at GWU and Undergraduate Admission Officer and Assistant Director at Stanford University, Kate came to EAB to have a broader impact on selective admission and higher education initiatives across the country.
In addition to working with selective colleges and universities on strategic planning projects, Kate’s career has been spent collecting unique opportunities such as liaising between various groups including candidates for admission, parents, faculty and University leadership, campus partners and community members for major universities, and also managing a territory, recruiting domestically and internationally, and evaluating applications for admission.
Kate grew up a child of the US Army, moving 11 times before she turned 18. In her spare time, Kate can be found walking her dog, Chief, around the national mall or at an array of sushi restaurants on the DC food scene.
Kate graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s School of Journalism and Mass Communication with Bachelor’s in Strategic Communication. She then went on to receive her master’s degree from the University of South Carolina.
