As a third-generation educator, Ken Crockett brings a passion for higher education to every project. In his role as a strategic writer, Ken weaves together EAB’s experience improving partner outcomes with the best-in-class products and services EAB is known for delivering. Ken joined EAB as a technology principal to bring his student success and enrollment expertise to our evolving and expanding range of products, including our campus data platform, Edify.
A former college instructor and active grant writer, Ken has supported community colleges and universities in securing $75M in grants over the past decade. He has developed and delivered train-the-trainer models for evidence-based holistic advising and holds multiple certifications in coaching and project management.
In his spare time, Ken can be found in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes, in the yard with his rambunctious terrier mutts, or on the trails with his wonderful wife.
Ken earned a B.A. in English from Sewanee: The University of the South with honors and distinction for his thesis on nonsense. He earned his M.A. English from Portland State University while teaching undergraduate critical thinking and writing.
