Lachezar is a lead researcher on the K-12 District Leadership Forum.He works with public school districts on issues such as: adolescent student mental health, behavioral challenges in early grades, college access for underrepresented students, preparing students for college and careers, and district communications.
Prior to joining EAB, Lachezar worked in the International Research and Insights department of The Advisory Board Company as an expert in hospital operations. He has worked extensively with both public and private hospitals across South America, Australia, Europe, and the United Kingdom on a wide range of issues, including emergency department efficiency, improving care coordination for multimorbid patients, eliminating care variation, and redesigning hospital discharge processes.
