Background
Lindsay Rapkin is a senior analyst working across EAB’s research forums. Prior to joining EAB, Lindsay completed her Master of Public Policy while conducting research on English language learners at New America, early education funding at Bipartisan Policy Center, and financial sustainability at the College Promise Campaign. She also spent two years working in auxiliary programs at Sidwell Friends
Education
Lindsay received a B.A. in philosophy, politics, and law from the University of Southern California where she was a Steven and Kathryn Sample Renaissance Scholar and graduated cum laude. Lindsay graduated with an M.P.P. specializing in education policy from George Washington University.
