With over 20 years of experience in admissions, recruitment, enrollment services, and enrollment management, Lorianna helps our partners identify best practices and data-driven solutions to overcome enrollment challenges. Her areas of expertise include recruiting students in an ever-changing environment, communication planning, operations improvement, strategic planning, and comprehensive enrollment strategy.
Most recently, Lorianna served as the chief enrollment officer at Howard Community College where she oversaw admissions, financial aid, academic records, academic advising, registration, veterans’ affairs, dual enrollment, and academic and placement testing. Prior to that role, she worked at the University of Houston where she served as the Executive Director of Integrated Enrollment Services. Lorianna’s additional work experience includes leading transfer and international recruitment teams, directing an admissions processing unit, and overseeing operations for an enrollment services call center and a welcome center.
In her free time, Lorianna likes to travel back to her home state of Texas and enjoys watching her sons play football and baseball.
Education
Lorianna received her Bachelor of Arts in English from Texas A&M University, her Master of Science in Student Affairs and Higher Education Administration from Indiana State University and is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California.
