Mary Allen currently serves as a Managing Director of Partnership Development for EAB. Through this role, she is responsible for overseeing executive-level partnerships and aligning EAB resources with institutions' most critical strategic priorities, with special focus on K-12 School Districts and Independent Schools.
Mary Allen has been with EAB for over 10 years - in two separate stints - working across account management, partner development, and member success for nearly every segment of higher education. Prior to joining EAB, she worked in talent management strategy for Fortune 500 companies in London, and consulted with Electrolux's global innovation division to identify higher education research partnerships.
In her free time, "MAL", as her friends call her, is an avid college football fan and enjoys traveling and playing golf.
