Matt joined EAB in 2018 and has worked in various roles across the research department. From August 2019 to April 2023, Matt worked on the Market Insights team, predominantly as an onboarding manager. In April of 2023, Matt transitioned to working on the Professional and Adult Education Advisory Services as an Associate Director helping lead the refresh of the Organizational Design and Strategy Benchmarks for Professional, Continuing, and Online Education Leaders initiative.
Prior to joining EAB, Matt bartended in and around D.C., and before that worked for AmeriCorps’ City Year program in Chicago as well as teaching Tae Kwon Do. In his free time, Matt enjoys narrative storytelling, fitness (especially through playing lacrosse), and continuing his service to the community.
Education
Matt attended the University of Mary Washington as part of the class of 2015, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in English with a focus in medieval literature and concentration in creative writing. During his time at UMW, Matt played rugby, serving as President and Community Service chair for the club, served on the Honor Council, and served as the Inter-Club Association President.
