Matt Mustard is an Associate Director with EAB and has been part of the Student Success Collaborative (SSC) dedicated consultant team as well as a member of the President’s Office providing member support through strategic guidance. In this Lead capacity, he helps higher education institutions optimize their student success efforts by aligning institutional and SSC goals and priorities, managing the end-to-end relationship of universities participating in SSC, from onboarding, to platform implementation strategy, through training and ongoing consulting support, as well as conducting data analyses to identify areas of actionable insights. His specialty is in connecting strategic plans to tactical actions targeting pockets of need to inflect the greatest retention and graduation gains possible.
Outside of this role, Matt leads the Mental Health Employee Resource Group at EAB, seeking to elevate conversations about mental health, connect those who are passionate about this cause, and build a Firm culture and practice that empowers EAB employees to bring their full selves to work each and every day.
Attended Marymount University, earning a Masters of Arts in Forensic Psychology after his time spent at the University of Florida obtaining a Bachelor’s of Psychology.
