Matt Mustard

Matt Mustard is a team lead and Senior Strategic Leader with EAB. Since joining the company in 2016, he has been part of the Student Success Collaborative (SSC) dedicated consultant team as well as a member of the President’s Office providing partner support through strategic guidance. His focus towards partner excellence today stems from his background in student mental health and wellness and the new era of student success in a post-COVID world.

In his Lead capacity, he helps higher education institutions optimize their student success efforts by aligning institutional and technology goals and priorities, managing the end-to-end relationship of universities, from onboarding, to platform implementation strategy, through training and ongoing consulting support, as well as conducting data analyses to identify areas of actionable insights. His specialty is in connecting strategic plans to tactical actions targeting pockets of need to inflect the greatest retention and graduation gains possible.
