Melissa Friddle is a seasoned professional with 10 years of experience in the higher education sector, prior to joining EAB. Her extensive background in the industry has equipped her with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Associate in the Technology Partner Services division at EAB, Melissa focuses her expertise on managing Student Success Technology partner implementations and impact to empower educational institutions in their student success initiatives. This includes managing project timelines, consulting partners on workflow design related to implementation, and ensuring partners successfully go live on time, and gain early value in the Starfish technology.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Melissa is an avid adventurer, exploring new destinations through adventure travel, kayaking, camping, and hiking. She also enjoys playing music and attending concerts.

Melissa Friddle obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from Winthrop University, where she graduated magna cum laude. During that time, she studied abroad spending a semester in Cape Town, South Africa. Melissa further pursued her education by earning a Master’s of Business Administration degree from Appalachian State University.
