Meredith has education policy and implementation experience at the federal, state, and local level. She currently leads research design and discovery for all K-12 areas, including the District Leadership Forum (DLF) and the Independent School Executive Forum (ISEF). Prior to joining EAB, she was a management consultant in Deloitte’s Government and Public Services practice and an education policy advisor in the U.S. Senate for a member of the Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee.
Meredith supported Chicago Public School’s school turnaround efforts and DC schools with teacher recruitment, training, and performance management. Meredith began her career as a middle school teacher with Teach For America. She lives in Washington, D.C. with her husband and son. She’s a coffee connoisseur and is working on growing a green thumb.
Meredith has a bachelor’s in Policy Studies and Advertising from Syracuse University and a master’s in Urban Education from the University of Pennsylvania.
