In her role as Associate Director at EAB, Natalia specializes in technology-enabled interventions to promote student success. Her current research explores how student support units can collaborate to promote the best student outcomes and experience.
Prior to joining the student success research team, Natalia worked in EAB’s New Product Development division, where she researched ways to improve undergraduate career outcomes. She has also worked in the firm’s market research division, where she focused on market-responsive program development and program design to serve nontraditional student audiences.
Natalia is a leader in EAB's Community Impact Program. In her role as Community Partnership lead, Natalia manages EAB's relationship with the Latin American Youth Center, one of firm's DC-based community partners.
Natalia earned a B.A. in Politics with a minor in History magna cum laude from Mount Holyoke College.
