Pete Talbot is a Managing Director of Strategic Research with EAB. Pete has oversight of the District Leadership Forum as well as the Independent School Executive Forum.
Previously, Pete worked with EAB’s higher education research programs including the Enrollment Management Forum and the University Systems Forum. Pete also served in The Advisory Board Company’s Talent Development division, providing leadership and management training for a wide variety of constituencies at hospitals and health care systems.
Prior to joining EAB, Pete worked for an educational non-profit called the Close Up Foundation, whose mission is to promote more active and informed citizenship. In this capacity, Pete served as a curriculum designer and trainer working with students and teachers from across the United States and the world.
Pete graduated from the University of Delaware with an Honors degree in International Relations and minors in Economics and Spanish. As an undergraduate he completed an Honors thesis on U.S. Policy in Bosnia, and was elected Phi Beta Kappa.
