Ryan joined EAB as the Navigate platform was born from SSC Foundation and Gradesfirst in the beginning of 2016. Having served as a technology functional consultant in another industry before, Ryan found EAB after realizing a personal and relentless commitment to understanding the intersection of student services and outcomes. This commitment is channeled through project managing the strategic adoption of the Navigate platform to serve students and staff on campuses. Outside of direct support to his members, you can find Ryan internally working towards the compilation and presentation of fewer, digestible, and actionable metrics that paint the picture of student services’ correlative value in student outcomes.
In his free time, you can find Ryan in DC playing bike polo or sand volleyball, riding his bike through hilly neighborhoods, and volunteering with Community of Hope, one of EAB’s non-profit partners that houses homeless families and provides affordable healthcare to District residents.
Ryan spent his K-12 years in Massachusetts at Greenlodge Elementary in Dedham, St. Joseph’s Middle School in Needham, and Xaverian Brothers in Westwood. He graduated cum laude with a Bachelors of Business in Entrepreneurship, Sociology, and Education from the University of Notre Dame. Ryan hopes to get his Masters in Fine Arts in his 60’s.
