Taylor Holubar is a dedicated consultant on the Academic Performance Solutions consulting team. He works with APS member institutions to identify and execute on opportunities to incorporate data into their decision-making processes. He’s helped members revamp various administrative tasks, including allocating faculty lines and managing course capacity. An enthusiastic teacher, Taylor also loves helping new users of APS build their confidence with the tool.
Prior to joining APS, Taylor conducted research as part of EAB’s IT Forum, with a particular interest on IT governance and talent management. He’s also worked as a writing tutor, a copy editor, and a website content editor.
Taylor completed his doctoral work in developmental psychology at Stanford University. His dissertation investigated young children’s burgeoning understanding of facts and opinions, focusing on the role of linguistic input. He also explored how students’ theories of knowledge impact academic motivation. He earned his BA at Swarthmore College.
