Terri is a Student Success and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion senior professional offering 30+ years of experience in higher education, consulting and client services. She has advised and trained front-line educators to executive leaders at community colleges, public and private four-year universities, healthcare and non-profit organizations.
Terri serves as EAB's Moonshot for Equity Senior Director/Principal Consultant where she and team equips partners with tools, resources and expertise to eliminate equity gaps at their institutions. Her extensive experience in Student Affairs and DEI, has prepared 100+ institutions toward improving recruitment, retention, and student success for all students, especially those from underserved populations.
Although Terri loves her Chicago hometown, she often travels seeking out the best jazz clubs, wildest roller coasters and the ideal campsites.
Education
Terri holds an M.A. in Professional Counseling from Central Michigan University and a B.A. in Public Relations from Loras College of Dubuque Iowa.
