The power of coordinated care to impact student success
Despite strong overall performance, the University of South Carolina struggled to standardize practices across advising and other units and to connect all of the people involved in student support. By focusing on coordinated care, USC was able to increase their four-year graduation rates by 8 percentage points, reduce default rates, and maintain retention while growing their enrollment.
