Starfish Resource Hub
The Starfish platform brings insight to student data and allows institutions to take action and serve students proactively. It removes complicated redundancies and barriers to modernize campuses and make student intervention easy and integrated. Starfish connects each campus to its students—providing intentional just-in-time intervention and cohort management throughout their journey. Our technology and services enable you to become student-ready, scale student support, and measure the completion results.
As a Starfish partner, you are part of the Student Success Collaborative, which means access to a close-knit community of peers, decades of research, an EAB Strategic Leader dedicated to your success, events designed to share best practices, and a detailed Help Center filled with customizable toolkits and guides. A full list of upcoming events can be viewed in the Events tab of the partners–only Starfish Community, an active online networking space. Office Hours
Starfish New Administrator Onboarding
Onboarding series for Starfish administrators. Designed to provide new Tenant Admins (App Admins) foundational knowledge about Starfish administration, and tools available to assist them. The series will include an overview of the EAB Starfish teams, an introduction to the Community, and the resources available online to support their continued learning.

The Strategy Hour aims to guide your focus to strategies that promote student success and Starfish adoption for your institution. Each month, a different student success strategy based on academic calendar timing and relevant themes/trends will be highlighted

Starfish Office Hours provides the opportunity for tenant administrators to connect with peers from other institutions and the consultants on the Services team. During office hours, admins discuss platform questions and share ideas related to adoption, promotion, and feature configuration.

Partner institutions that have successfully completed feature implementation and are working towards campus adoption. Starting with the identification of the courses and student populations that are influencing retention/graduation rates and learning how the Strategic Analytic dashboards can support specific themes such as DEI, re-enrollment, and other strategic institutional efforts.

Scaling an EAB Implementation with a Collaborative Administration Model
Over the course of their partnership, Pennsylvania State University's Starfish instance has undergone an evolution from being a baseline tool for academic advisors to being the student success platform that empowers the work of multiple functional areas that support students. Penn State has embraced a highly collaborative approach to leverage Starfish across their multicampus institutions. In this session, campus leaders will share strategies to creatively and sustainably scale a student success technology implementation.
