This report investigates how administrators within advancement offices evaluate donor perceptions, opinions, and satisfaction with the overall giving experience. The research brief details how administrators collect and evaluate data gathered from donor satisfaction surveys. Finally, this project identifies best practices for engaging donors, improving donor relations, and easing the giving the process.

Key observations from our research:

1. Staff administer surveys to targeted donor groups to assess overall giving process, identify motivations for giving, and solicit feedback on improving donor recognition efforts.
