2025 Voice of the Superintendent Survey
A unique annual survey, designed to give superintendents insight into the experiences and perspectives of district leaders nationwide
EAB’s Voice of the Superintendent Survey is designed to provide K-12 district leaders with insight into the experiences, actions, and perspectives of their peers on the most pressing issues in the industry.
This year, District Leadership Forum partners directed us to investigate four top-of-mind issues:
- Changes in school board dynamics
- Responses to new state and federal policy directives
- Changes in funding and financial health
- District adoption of Generative AI
Thank you for contributing your unique experiences and perspectives! The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete and will close on Wednesday, April 16.
Participants will be the first to receive a complete report of the survey findings in May 2025. We invite you to share the survey link with other superintendents in your region.
