2024 Voice of the Head of School Survey

A new annual survey designed to give insight into the experiences and perspectives of heads nationwide

The Independent School Executive Forum (ISEF) is excited to announce the launch of EAB’s 2024 Voice of the Head of School Survey, which will be replacing the annual ISEF Topic Poll. Please take this 15-minute survey using the link below.

Take the Survey

EAB’s Voice of the Head of School survey is a new annual initiative to provide heads with insight into the top-of-mind issues, mindset, perspectives, and experiences of their peers across the country. Survey questions are developed based on research requests and interviews with heads over the previous twelve months, then crafted to provide heads with actionable insights to inform their work in the year ahead.

This year, we follow up on the challenges that were prevalent in our 2023 ISEF Topic Poll and ask heads to weigh in on future issues.

Take this 15-minute survey to share your unique perspectives on the issues that matter and consider sharing the survey link with other heads in your network. Partners of the Independent School Executive Forum will have access to a virtual webinar detailing the findings in May 2024. An executive brief will be published and available to all survey participants in June 2024.

The survey will close on Wednesday, March 27.
