In our virtual roundtable event, Building a Sense of Belonging for Black and Latino Men: The 3 Relationships that Matter Most for College Success, we outlined three relationships critical to improving the sense of belonging for Black and Latino men: relationships with peers, relationships with mentors and role models, and relationships with parents and families (even though they aren’t on campus, they provide support to students).
