EAB has been committed to student success for more than a decade and launched its Student Success Management System, Navigate alongside the Student Success Collaborative in 2012. Our Collective Efforts to Impact Student Success


Wiregrass Georgia Technical College

Wiregrass saw a 10% increase in retention and a 15% increase in total enrollment after integrating Navigate into essential processes on campus and running Navigate registration campaigns.


Northwest Arkansas Community College

NWACC has seen a 9% increase in retention rates for full-time students and a 4% increase in graduation rates by reaching at-risk students through Starfish alerts and appointments.


Virginia Commonwealth University

VCU increased its four-year graduation rate by 8%, along with a 3% increase in six-year graduate rates, by using Navigate’s predictive analytics to run focused advising campaigns.


Ashland University

Ashland increased fall-to-spring retention by 34% when students’ concerns were addressed following an alert from Starfish, along with increases in GPA and the number of credits completed.
