Strengthening the Donor Experience at Gonzaga University

Gonzaga University is a small, private university in Spokane, Washington, with an enrollment of approx. 7,400. Founded in 1887, it is a Jesuit institution that educates students for lives of leadership and service for the common good.

Gonzaga’s Advancement team faced a significant but familiar hurdle: despite limited resources, they needed to expand revenue streams and engage more constituents within the institution in their annual giving efforts. But the team’s primary focus on major gifts and donor relations impacted their internal bandwidth and expertise to execute this vision effectively.
