The Academic Performance Solutions (APS) platform provides users with relevant data to support their planning processes. Processes include annual department health check-ups, program review, faculty line planning, and course planning. Use the resources provided on this page to see when certain activities typically occur for each process and map your own processes.
When considering your planning processes, strategize how decisions made during one process can connect to other processes. For example, findings and decisions made during the annual department health check-up process should inform faculty line needs and decisions.
