Starfish Workshop Cohort: Reporting & Data in Action

This three-part session is an opportunity for you to advance your institution’s use of Starfish analytics tools and data to tailor support to student needs. Attend 1, 2, or 3 sessions, depending on your interest and availability.

Note: while this cohort will include strategies for leveraging Starfish Operational and Strategic Analytics, it will also feature strategies for Starfish Core capabilities, so all Starfish partners are welcome to participate.

• Session One: May 13 – Assessing Your Academic Year – Defining Your Scope
  Determine your hypothesis or question of focus and which metrics you will measure to assess impact.
• Session Two: May 20 – Assessing Your Academic Year – Pull Your Data
  Leverage Starfish and other tools to measure your key metrics of interest.
• Session Three: May 27 – Assessing Your Academic Year – Analyze Results and Build Your Story
  Quantify your impact and assess areas of opportunity, plus use EAB resources to showcase you and your team’s hard work.
