Change Management Workshop for Community College Leaders

Join the final session in EAB’s community college professional development summer series on the topic of Change Management.

Change management is a critical skill for any leader looking to expand their impact and influence on campus. In this highly interactive, on-camera workshop, participants will gain strategies for managing and communicating change in the face of resistance and obstacles.

This session will help participants:

• Understand the need for and importance of change management in the higher education context
• Learn EAB’s framework for leading change initiatives on campus
• Practice applying the framework using a higher education scenario exercise
• Reflect on lessons learned and identify initiatives on your campus that could require more explicit change leadership
