Resilient Leadership Workshop for Community College Leaders

Join the first session in EAB’s community college professional development summer series on the topic of Resilient Leadership.

In this workshop, participants will learn how to shift away from a crisis-of-the-moment mentality and toward long-term strategic thinking and resilience. We’ll share specific strategies to avoid common crisis-thinking traps and to build organizational resilience within your colleagues and teams. This is an on-camera, highly interactive session in which participants will have time to discuss how these challenges are manifesting on their campus and strategies they plan to implement moving forward.
