Evaluate Research Funding and Advancement
The Financial State of the Sector Part Two
Partner Event
This is part two of our two-part series designed to help senior university leaders respond to growing costs and market uncertainty with resilience.
Higher education faces immense financial challenges as the sector grapples with rising costs, disrupted markets, and an uncertain political climate. In our two-part series, EAB will unpack essential revenue growth opportunities to respond to financial uncertainty, leveraging data analysis and vetted case studies to evaluate the likelihood and magnitude of increased institutional funding across four of the largest revenue streams for most institutions.
This series will have immense value to any college or university leader with a desire to contextualize their institution’s financial circumstances within the industry’s general condition, as well as those leaders looking to brainstorm new or revitalized efforts to expand their revenue intake.
Part 2: Evaluate Research Funding and Advancement
In the second session of The Financial State of the Sector series, EAB experts will cut through the noise around research funding, including the implications of recent US federal policy on future research grants. Participants will see the high institutional cost to expanding research revenue quantified, as well alternative research funding opportunities to supplement uncertain governmental support. This session will also showcase EAB’s analysis on the ROI of Advancement office spending and forecasts on the opportunity to expand giving and fundraising in the coming years.
